Vibe coding got me to a shipped product. It did not get me a single user. That gap is where I am right now with nourli.app: the thing exists, it works, and being found is an entirely different discipline than building. So I am building the marketing loop the same way I built the product - fast, with agents, learning in public.
I am not a marketer. I know enough to get the basics right, and I am betting that "enough" plus the right agentic setup now beats "not at all" by a wide margin. This talk is the honest report on whether that bet is paying off.

Vibe coding is a superpower. One person, one afternoon, a working product. Now imagine that power multiplied by a whole team, with context that survives the session and agents that grow with you. What if your organisation could become AI native, and every person and agent in it played together?
In my book «Orchestrated» (mitp, 2026) I argue that this is not a model or tool problem but an organisational one. Once intelligence is abundant, the bottleneck moves from doing the work to coordinating it. Two concepts follow from that. Persistent AI coworkers: agents with a name, a role and a responsibility, that keep their context and are not reset between tasks. And agentic workspaces: one shared place where context, skills and systems come together at runtime, for humans and agents alike, so that everyone on the team, human or not, works from the same state.
This talk introduces the basics of both concepts and shows what they look like in practice. I run NETNODE, a digital and AI consultancy, that we are rebuilding around exactly these ideas, and I will share real examples from our daily work: how agents take on their own responsibilities, how agent commands where the context lives replaced prompting, what changed for people's roles when everyone became a builder and an orchestrator, and what did not work.
For builders who have shipped their first agent and want to know how a whole team, humans and agents, can work in the same place with the same context.
Francois showcases how Monix uses AI in everyday laboratory work - especially vibe coding practical apps for the lab. He will show the evolution of their custom software for laboratory equipment, developed specifically for the work they do: how they did it, and where they are now.
For anyone who wants to know more about vibe coding or using AI in startups. Francois brings 15 years in global healthcare, specialising in women's health, and Monix has been an AI-native company since day one.

Consistency is the key to building trust with your users and ensuring a smooth experience. Ironically, without a design system your LLM is a master in drifting away and creating its variant for "crafted" interface.
Build the system first, and the mundane work goes to the machine. What's left is the part worth your attention: craft.

Four passionate tech entrepreneurs who believe in the power of community-driven learning and collaboration.
Co-founder of TestingTime and a ruthless minimalist. Reto has no patience for fluff—he builds the smallest thing possible, tests it with real humans, and iterates until it sticks. After two failures and one massive exit, he's learned that the best products aren't the prettiest; they're the ones that actually work.
Co-founder of Supertext and a veteran of unfiltered execution. Remy isn't one for over-polishing or perfect plans—he's the guy who dives into the deep end, figures it out on the fly, and refuses to quit until it's across the line. Battle-worn and danged up, but always there at the finish.
The people making sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
