Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 May 2026
1. Acceptance
By registering for or attending Vibe Code Fest ("the Event"), organised in Zurich, Switzerland, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.
2. Tickets & Registration
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from the organisers.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel a ticket in case of misconduct or fraudulent purchase.
- All prices are in CHF and include applicable taxes where stated.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the organisers.
3. Media, Photography & Recording
Vibe Code Fest is a community event. Throughout the Event, the organisers and authorised media partners will capture photography, audio and video recordings of talks, workshops, social moments and the venue. This material may be used to promote current and future editions of the Event, on the website, social media, newsletters, press, sponsor materials and event recap content.
By attending, you grant the organisers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual right to use your image, voice and likeness as captured during the Event for these purposes.
If you do not want to appear in any photos, videos or recordings, please contact us in advance at hello@vibecodefest.ch so we can do our best to keep you out of frame. You can also approach any organiser on-site (look for the team badges) and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. For already-published material, send us a removal request and we will take it down within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Attendee Recording
Attendees may take personal photos and short videos. Please be respectful: ask before filming or photographing individuals up close, and never record private conversations. Recording full talks or workshops for redistribution requires permission from the speaker and the organisers.
5. Code of Conduct
Vibe Code Fest welcomes builders of all backgrounds. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or aggressive behaviour of any kind — including based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, nationality, age, religion, or technology choice.
Participants asked to stop any such behaviour are expected to comply immediately. The organisers may, at their sole discretion, warn, remove or ban any participant without refund. Report incidents to any organiser on-site or at hello@vibecodefest.ch.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any code, designs or content you create at the Event. By sharing work during demos or on community channels, you grant the organisers a non-exclusive right to mention and showcase it in Event communications. Speaker slides and recordings remain the property of their respective authors.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data provided during registration (name, email, LinkedIn, dietary preferences, etc.) is processed solely to organise the Event, communicate with you, and improve future editions. Dietary preferences and similar sensitive details are never published publicly. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@vibecodefest.ch.
8. Health & Safety
Attendees participate at their own risk. Please follow venue safety instructions and the guidance of organisers and staff at all times. Activities such as the Guided Ice Bath are optional and undertaken voluntarily; do not participate if you have relevant medical conditions. Inform an organiser of any allergies or accessibility needs in advance.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, the organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, theft or injury suffered before, during or after the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. You are responsible for your personal belongings and devices.
10. Changes & Cancellation
The organisers may change the programme, speakers, schedule or venue at any time. If the Event is cancelled for reasons outside the organisers' control (force majeure, public health restrictions, etc.), refunds will be issued at the organisers' reasonable discretion, net of unrecoverable costs.
11. Sponsors & Partners
Sponsor and partner logos, names and content shown at the Event or on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission for the purpose of acknowledging their support of Vibe Code Fest.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Event is Zurich, Switzerland.
